Pleasant view is always our go to company whenever we do a clean up. We have called them 5 separate times to reserve a dumpster over the years. The staff is enjoyable to interact with and the drop off is scheduled within the time frame I need. Every time.

But today our needs were a little different. We needed help with disposing of an old couch from my mother's apartment and couldn't think of where to bring it.

I thought of Dustin and the team at PV. So I messaged them on a holiday not expecting to hear back until tomorrow. Dustin responded within minutes and arraigned to have the couch dropped off at his shop on the exact day we need it! We can't thank you enough Dustin!

Almost all the time you read a review you read negative comments. However, I called Pleasant View Waste Removal to get a dumpster, the customer service was top notch! I spoke to Ciera who very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She explained everything and even asked where I would like the dumpster to be placed on my property. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. Thank you Ciera for making it so easy. Ciera could probably teach some of these larger companies some good old fashion customer service.
